Human Services Research and Design is a consulting service dedicated to collaborative problem-solving in human service agencies, particularly in the areas of education and youth services. With an extended career in program design and evaluation, William Rickards spent the last 20 years in higher education dealing with a range of collaborative studies focusing on curriculum evaluation and faculty development while also consulting with social services and education agencies, researching program outcomes.
